The qualified applicant must have the ability to develop and foster positive relationships with property managers, assess the needs of residents and develop individualized case plans to lead them to greater self-sufficiency and retention of housing. This case manager will also work closely with other agency programs to maximize residents’ outcomes and program goals.   Position Requirements BA/AA required.   Location Southeast, Inc.
