POSITION SUMMARY: The Maintenance Supervisor will lead Modern's highly trained maintenance technicians in preventive and repair maintenance tasks to achieve optimal long term equipment uptime.  Additional responsibilities include health and safety, as well as EPA compliance, and building maintenance. Lead all phases of the installation of new equipment and moves of existing equipment.  Continually improve all processes within the scope of responsibility. Participate in the safety committee to achieve documented reduction in OSHA recordable injuries and workers compensation premiums. Ensure compliance with all EPA and OSHA requirements.       Position Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities): Must have extensive formal technical education and training in electricity, electronics, hydraulics, and PLC’s.  Associate degree in an electrical or engineering program preferred.  Experience as a contractor.   Work Schedule 7:00 - 4:30 with a 30 minute lunch   Travel Requirements Occasional travel of 2.5 hours to sister plant   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
