Our Case Managers work as an integral part of an inter-disciplinary team to provide community based supports, including resource development, promoting good health, crisis intervention and treatment planning for successful goal attainment. We are a healthcare facility and as such we do require that our new employees are vaccinated (both COVID and FLU). Additionally, to promote a healthier workforce, we only hire non-smokers.
