This person is works with our patients on their recovery goals, providing diagnostic assessments, assessing counseling needs, development of individual service plans, provision of counseling and all required documentation.   Position Requirements BA/Master’s degree & LSW/LPC required; SUD knowledge preferred. As a healthcare provider, Southeast hires non-smokers.  New staff members are required to be vaccinated for the flu and COVID-19.  Medical and religious exemptions may be requested during the hiring process.  EOE.   Location Southeast, Inc.
