Provides hands-on support for the Operations team and is a key contributor to capital projects, implementing new machining and automation technology. This is an active, hands-on position that is a member of the Manufacturing Engineering team that drives to accomplish commitments and is dedicated to improving the operation. Responsibilities Responsible for improving existing machining process to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity improvements. Responsible for updating appropriate process documentation to ensure setups, programs, and tooling information is accurate and available for Operations. Process development and implementation of new product designs. Active, hands-on participant in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of operations issues. Actively train Operations on new and existing machining processes. Implements new technology as part of capital projects, maintaining timeline integrity for specific tasks. Committed to delivering exceptional results.
