Description

The Human Resources Associate is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Acutis payroll process. The Human Resources Associate will be directly involved in all aspects related to Human Resources and its functions. This includes but is not limited to payroll, labor relations, total reward, HR informational systems, and recruitment.

The Human Resources Associate is responsible for the following:

  • Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
  • Oversees the payroll process in its entirety up to and including time record keeping, reporting data to payroll administrator etc.
  • Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
  • Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
  • Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
  • Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; creating and filing personnel files, answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment; and maintaining various platforms utilized by the Human Resources Team.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and requested by direct supervisor.
  • Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensures organization's compliance.
  • Maintains responsibility for organization compliance with federal, state, and local legislation pertaining to all personnel matters.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
 
Position Requirements

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree, required

Experience:

  • 2 Years in Human Resources, required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing or sitting for an extended period
  • Able to lift 25 lbs.
  • Repetitive wrist motion
  • Audible recognition of alarms

Shift Available:

  • Monday - Friday, flexible as needed
