Description:
Desktop Administrator will provide Help Desk support services to NSWCPD users and assist in maintaining Win 10 desktop functionality.
NMCI Support Specific duties include:
- Assist in technical troubleshooting of NMCI Systems.
- Maintain logs and documentation regarding customer service reports
- Interface with NMCI Service Desk to resolve customer issues
- Resolve day to day NMCI operational issues
- Initiate and resolve service requests.
- NMCI Account Creation (NIPR, SIPR, DEV, NNPI)
- NMCI Account Deactivation
- Perform eMarketplace Task Order MODs
NMCI Technical Support Representative Required Qualifications:
Target Education: Associates Degree in Computer related field
Must have one of the following certifications to qualify for position:
CCNA-Security
CySA+ **
GICSP
GSEC
Security+ CE
CND
SSCP
