Description

Southeast Healthcare is seeking a full-time Coordinator to provide direct behavioral health services, counseling, and support to adults receiving care and services through our Federally Qualified Health Center.

The Coordinator will provide assessment and individual and/or group interventions that support mental health and substance use disorder recovery and impact lifestyles.

The Coordinator will provide assistance in managing daily program operations, program development, and other related tasks, as well as coordination of care for patients receiving services within the Counseling and Recovery Services Program.

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in social work or related discipline with LSW/LPC/LICDC required. Previous management experience strongly preferred. Two (2) years clinical experience with MH/SUD population required.
