The Financial Services Operations Specialist is an important role in the overall success of VinFast Finance. In this role, the Financial Services Operations Specialist will be responsible for coordinating bank partnership relationships as well as managing relationships with internal and external partners. This role requires a strong understanding of financial products, with the ability to design attractive financial products to contribute to sales performance. Success in this role will be measured by the capacity to design and execute the processes and overview of the customer experience and interactions with key stakeholders.


  • Support Sales Operations in developing Monthly Finance and Lease Programs
  • Provide Reporting Support on Industry, Market, and Vehicle specific KPIs
  • Define and deploy Financial Services governance
  • Manage and implement KPI's for Financial Services
  • Act as a liaison with Banks, Lenders, and Key Service providers
  • Follow up with performance and collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Partner with internal departments to align on strategies
  • Coordinate various committees and workstreams with internal and external partners
  • Design process activity for the organization as a whole
  • Work with Remarketing team to monitor Residual Value exposure and performance
  • Oversee data management and capacities on financial products
  • Coordinate and collaborate with 3rd party data providers
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Position Requirements


  • 5-7 years of progressive work experience in vehicle credit, lending and automotive
  • Knowledge and understanding of automotive financing products
  • Project management skills and efficiency
  • Process design experiences
  • Data manipulation, reporting and committee coordination
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders
  • Understanding of the retail customer buying experience (Loan/Lease) and technology that streamlines and facilities and expediates the purchasing process
  • Customer focused and high collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated, reliable and follows through on commitments.
  • Solutions focused, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable within a rapid and changing work environment.
