MassOMS Operations Manager

The Opportunity

NHOMS LLC and MassOMS LLC is a fast-growing Oral Surgery practice spanning a dozen offices in NH and Massachusetts. We are looking to add an Operations Manager to our MassOMS Team. The Operations Manager for MassOMS will be responsible for the management and oversight of daily operations and efficient functioning of each office in MA, reporting to the Director of Operations located in Nashua, NH.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Call Center, and Facilities Management to maintain the highest level of patient care and service
  • Interact with Surgeons, medical staff and our referring Dental partners to align our operations with maximum positive patient outcomes
  • Manages and supports all aspects of on-site practice management operations through direct management of 8 network locations Practice Managers
  • Develops, communicates, and monitors employee performance standards
  • Collaborates with the leadership team to develop procedural operations, and ensures efficient and accurate communication of policies to the network
  • Provides direction and support to network staff to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and uniform standards of care throughout each network location
  • Promotes professional development and conducts staff performance reviews
  • Facilitates new employee onboarding in MA locations; Ensures staff training needs are met
  • Assists in developing and adhering to the budget for MA locations, provides inventory oversight and supply management, recommends cost containment strategies
  • Partners with Operations, Leadership, and Practice managers to ensure the maintenance and functioning of all MA locations, including physical buildings, equipment, software and other services

 

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • A bachelor’s degree plus two years of experience is required, Four years of experience may be substituted for lack of degree
  • Two years of experience directly managing a staff of 6-10 full time employees
  • Must have excellent decision making, management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage a large, growing network and collaborate with multiple management and function levels within the network
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage people and understand the vital importance of outstanding customer, patient and referral care
  • Experience purchasing office supplies and managing to a budget
