With the belief that all people have the capacity to grow and change, we provide our services to people of all ages, cultures, races, religious preferences, genders, and sexual orientations in order to enhance wellness and recovery, thereby improving families, workplaces, and communities.   Position Crisis Coordinator   Description This position will visit shelter and permanent supportive housing site locations to gain a better understanding of facility frameworks and challenges. The coordinator will work to build strong collaborative relationships with shelter and facility management to ensure a common understanding of the role of the practice group coordinator and to provide an opportunity for feedback when recommendations are made. Coordinator will work with crisis intervention specialists to provide supports and training focused on understanding issues related to mental health and substance use disorders and best practices around de-escalation such as the use of the Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) evidence-based practice.   Position Requirements LSW/PC strongly preferred. As a healthcare facility, we hire non-smokers.  Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations are required for all new staff members.  Medical and religious exemptions may be requested during the hiring process.   Location Southeast, Inc.
