All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.   Description Job Description: Serve as the single point of contact for all Human Resources activities and actions for the SEA 03 Digital Transformation and Cyber Engineering Office that will report directly to the Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Staff Assist client with offboarding departing personnel, drafting/posting job openings, and organizing interviews, hiring, and onboarding activities for the organization. Assist client in developing a SEA03 HR annual strategy and execution of identified goals and objectives. Directly interact with NAVSEA's Total Force and Corporate Operations office on behalf of the organization Track and report all HR actions as candidates move through the hiring process for the client Assist client with developing well-formed requirements as it relates to Government personnel and future forecasting. Develop and maintain ad hoc departmental reports, develops tracking methods and metrics to analyze controls and onboard personnel.   Position Requirements Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or 5 years of experience with Navy HR Programs Excellent Office 365 Suite skills (Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) Ability to learn new expertise, processes, and tools quickly and comprehensively Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills Possession of excellent organizational skills Secret clearance Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience support HR activities within NAVSEA Experience using DCPDS and TWMS 5+ years of experience in a Navy HR environment Experience developing strategic HR plans Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.   Full-Time/Part-Time -unspecified-   Position NAVSEA CIO - HR Support Analyst   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   This position is currently accepting applications.
