Description

The Consultant will be responsible for determining VinFast US business/client needs, create customized SAP solutions and smoothly integrate SAP applications with existing IT infrastructure. The role will provide support for business processes and production.

RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:

  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP FICO.
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions due to customer requirements.
  • Map business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
  • Design, customize, configure and testing of FICO module. Identify gaps, issues and give solutions.
  • Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
  • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
  • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
  • Implement change management execution by developing training material, delivering training and supporting users post cutover
  • Ensure production issue service tickets are addressed and solved in a timely fashion
  • Collaborate with global team/end-users and provide mentorship others as to how processes and transactions are conducted
  • Address concerns from managers and executives providing support with research and recommendations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
 
Position Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
  • 3+ years of prior relevant experience and technical implementations using SAP ECC 6.0 or S4 HANA, with strong understanding of SAP ASAP methodology framework. Familiar with Agile method is a plus.
  • 5+ years of SAP Material Management (MM) experience with at least two full-lifecycle SAP implementations
  • Direct functional configuration and design experience
  • Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers
  • Unit/integration testing experience
  • Avid learner interested in learning new tools, workflows, and philosophies
  • Professional SAP certifications preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in a start-up environment is a plus
  • Able to travel
