With the belief that all people have the capacity to grow and change, we provide our services to people of all ages, cultures, races, religious preferences, genders, and sexual orientations in order to enhance wellness and recovery, thereby improving families, workplaces, and communities.   Position Rapid Engagement Specialist   Description The Engagement Specialist provides clinical and support efforts towards providing crisis intervention counseling, mental health assessments, utilization of agency and community resources and hospital prescreening.  This person is responsible for communicating with and de-escalating clients in crisis and providing high quality client care.   Position Requirements LSW/PC required, LISW/PCC preferred. As a healthcare provider, our new staff are vaccinated for COVID and flu.  Medical and religious exemptions may be requested during the hiring process.  We hire non-smokers. EOE.   Location Mt.
