Description

The VinFast Inside Delivery Advisor is responsible for delivering VinFast vehicles to new customers. It is the advisor's responsibility to ensure delivery vehicles are in pristine condition, at the right place and at the right time for customers to take delivery. The Inside Delivery Advisor role is the direct point of contact for new customers preparing to take ownership.

RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:

  • Welcome customers to VinFast by making their journey to ownership a delightful experience
  • Prepare vehicles and host delivery appointments, including new owner orientations tailored to the individual customer's needs and comfort level
  • Support the Delivery Manager in delivery center operations, task completion and ensuring superior customer service
  • Regularly follow-up and check-in with customers and timely monitor the vehicle registration process
  • Contribute ideas toward improving the VinFast delivery experience, as well as back-end processes and procedures
  • Demonstrate a mastery of all VinFast products and services, as well as local incentives for EV owners
  • Keep up with industry trends and best practices.
 
Position Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in automotive retail, finance, and lease
  • Experience with title and registration process, a plus
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Consistent record of customer service excellence
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, service, logistics, and admin teams
  • Dealer Management System experience
  • Ability to work across multiple systems
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, according to activity volume
  • A valid driver’s license and an acceptable and safe driving record required
