POSITION: Corporate Recruiter
PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source various professional candidates for various Department of Defense contracted positions
Screen and interview candidates to ensure the best quality candidates are available for review from Project Managers in charge of positions.
Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote a flow of new candidates and referrals.
Keep management team updated regarding onboarding and security clearance status of candidates and hires.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in any field of study
Experience with recruiting individuals with a Government Clearance a plus
