Description

The HR Manager of Planning and Strategy will help to drive our Culture & Mission by working with leaders and employees to help align business objectives with people initiatives. The position will deliver value-added services that reflect the business goals and provide both hands-on and strategic expertise in several areas of HR including but not limited to development of SOP's, performance management, employee relations, compensation, employee engagement/retention as well as ad hoc projects as necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:

  • Create interactive content for promoting company culture and employee engagement
  • Implement a performance-based incentive system for all levels of the organization including goal setting
  • Provide strategic HR partnerships to the business leaders and teams to enhance the growth and impact on the business
  • Manage compensation benchmarking studies, competitive analysis, and develop recommendations to enhance total rewards plan and support compensation review and analysis.
  • Design and execute strategies to increase organization, team, and individual performance to improve business capabilities
  • Execute a full range of HR programs from high-level strategy to plan design and tactical execution of duties
  • Manages and resolves employee relations issues, through effective, thorough, and objective investigations and recognizes when to escalate problems to a higher level when warranted
  • Create standard operating procedures (SOP) to outline HR processes from talent retention and staffing, managing employee performances, and implementing company-wide policies at scale; identify and make recommendation to areas of opportunities regarding internal SOPs, including team restructuring and morale
  • Provide support by organizing HR sponsored company events and celebrations
  • Lead HR projects and special initiatives with enterprise-wide impact as assigned
 
Position Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • PHR or SHRM certification a plus
  • At least 10+ years of relevant work experience; 2+ years in a leadership role preferred
  • Strong knowledge in employment labor laws and practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Agile in business practice, flexible and adept in change management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills and critical thinking
  • Work experience in a multi-cultural environment is preferred
