Description

The Content Manager will be part of the global community management team and will curate market specific content that builds the brand and community within the US market. This role will oversee all social media content distribution and syndication across all channels. The role will work alongside senior market and global leaders to build and grow the Vin-Faithful in the US market. This position will manage social media content and projects related to the company's VinFast Club. This position will write, edit, and proofread new content while ensuring that all documents meet established content standards. You will facilitate publish content to websites and work with developers and operations staff to assess and resolve any technical challenges in displaying the content.

RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:

  • Oversee the content planning and production team's creation and management of targeted content for the company's VinFirst Club & Community
  • Manage integrated content planning strategies for numerous high-visibility VinFirst Club projects on social channels
  • Responsible for driving key project plans, relating to enhancing or developing new, unique, club offerings, or collaborating on projects that will impact how we interact with this community
  • Determine growth/optimization opportunities by analyzing analytics of landing pages, video, and editorial content
  • Provide editorial, creative, and technical support to team members
  • Manage the daily activities of agency content teams composed of writers, graphic designers, videographers, and other industry professionals
  • Define and monitor key success metrics, review web analytics, identify opportunities for improvement and communicate results and recommendations to local and global leadership
  • Support global communications colleagues on content-creation and share best practices as necessary
  • Work alongside the digital and communications team members to ensure the implementation of content distribution via online channels and social media platforms is in line with content plans, against agreed metrics
  • Edit, proof-read, and improve content to ensure consistency
  • Coordinate content planning and calendar across agency planning and production teams to meet launch deadlines
  • Maintain a content calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year
  • Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas
 
Position Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4-6 years of experience writing content for social media campaigns and initiatives focused on conversion, with an emphasis on mid-funnel campaigns that produce qualified leads for Sales
  • 5-10 years of experience building and executing full-funnel content marketing strategies for D2C companies
  • Experience crafting messaging across the customer lifecycle, with a focus on personalization and customer experience
  • Proven track record of developing and optimizing social media content over time using data
  • Manage internal and external editorial resources to plan, develop, and deliver content
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Comfortable speaking and delivering presentations to global stakeholders
