Description

The Community Manager will build and create a community of individuals that believe the future of mobility is VinFast. This role will ignite and energize this group to become loyal VinFast fans and supporters. This position will be part of the global community management team and will help build the foundation of the VinFast community within the US market. The Community Manager will oversee all social media content campaigns including events and activations. This role will have cross-team coordination, project management, executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. This positin is critical in executing our VinFast Club strategic initiatives through exceptional customer experiences that drive engagement for all club members.

RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:

  • Develop and maintain the relationship with VinFast car owners/KOC/KOL online and offline, encouraging them to join the Vinfast community.
  • Develop event plans, conceptualize, negotiate, plan and execute events/parties specifically curated for this audience.
  • Organize and attend social meet ups with VinFast community members to create an atmosphere for car owners to achieve a community of sharing, joy, and growth together.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive communication and quick response.
  • Manage digital reputation by closely monitoring conversations across social media. Cooperate with the moderation team to ensure the content on the website being checked for is correct.
  • Resolve questions, concerns, and issues for the community. Develop an environment that values opinions and feedback from community members.
  • Develop and launch various questionnaires to collect community members' feedback on different topics of interest.
  • Interview community members to understand what is top of mind and how VinFast can help.
  • Develop reports and leverage data to measure the effectiveness of our community and use this information to evolve future initiatives.
  • Develop creative ways to engage our audience on social media
  • Work with influencer agency to establish and manage scalable processes for recruiting, managing, tracking, and analyzing influencers.
  • Create playbooks and toolkits leveraging best practices that widen the reach and increase engagement
  • Partner with other brands to develop cross-promotional tactics on social channels
  • Develop strong relationships with community members, influencers, and social media moderators
 
Position Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a community manager or similar role
  • Bachelors in Marketing or relevant field
  • Experience planning and leading community initiatives
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
  • Excellent verbal communication and witing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
  • Hands on experience with social media management
  • Ability to interpret website traffic
  • Knowledge of online marketing
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver
