Wireless Support Analyst

Wireless support for Navy Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) HQ; Support and manage of 5,000 mobile devices used by NAVSEA Headquarters.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Process requests for iPhones, iPads, Mobile Hot Spots, Cell Phones, and Pagers.
  • Must possess the ability to quickly learn various support databases and tracking tools.
  • Database entry; Ensure Wireless Inventory databases, and the NMCI Enterprise Tool order database are updated in accordance with established procedures.
  • Must be able to setup and troubleshoot Apple iOS devices that are enrolled in Microsoft Intune.
  • Must have the ability to configure setup and test wireless mobility devices.
  • The candidate must possess knowledge and experience in working with wireless carriers T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon Wireless.
  • Must be able to develop detailed Word and Excel reports in various requested formats.
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast pace support organization.
  • Participation in large scale technical refresh of wireless mobile devices.
  • Prepare email inquiries and respond to government technical points of contacts.
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned.
Position Requirements


  • Intermediate skills in developing spreadsheets, database management, and word processing.
  • Knowledge of Navy Marine Corp Intranet Enterprise (NMCI) Tool and DISA Purebred configuration is a plus.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks with flexible deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, initiate activities, identify and fill organizational requests related to area of responsibility.
  • Ability to effectively interface with a range of government administrative and technical staff personnel.
  • Assist with collecting, tracking, verifying, and reporting on wireless usage and other telecommunications data.

Experience Requirements:

2-Years of hands on experience or relevant degree working with wireless mobile devices. Support includes, asset management, processing service request by assigning and activating mobile device, and providing technical support.
