Support pulling and running cables for new equipment installation. Following blue prints, installation instructions, or various user guides to install and configure new VTC environment. Provide customer insight into their network through monitoring and performance management. Utilize technical expertise to identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in mission critical network. Provide customer support for highly visible VTC operations and troubleshooting efforts.   Position Requirements Qualifications + Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline or 5 to 8 years of related professional experience. Active Secret Clearance. Experience with Cable management, pulling, labeling, terminating, and dressing cable racks. Experience with TV Mounts and mounting equipment, Experience and knowledgeable on troubleshooting common VTC equipment and collaborative A/V efforts such as MS Teams, Cisco Room kits, and Tandberg’s. Ability to read, understand, and follow design, engineering, and installation document for VTC equipment. Experience with introducing new hardware or software into a new or existing environments while minimizing disruption and mitigating risks. Experience and ability supporting highly visible customers and supporting troubleshooting efforts.
