With the belief that all people have the capacity to grow and change, we provide our services to people of all ages, cultures, races, religious preferences, genders, and sexual orientations in order to enhance wellness and recovery, thereby improving families, workplaces, and communities.   Position Engagement Specialist - CHN   Description Southeast Healthcare is seeking an Engagement Specialist to develop and coordinate case management and supportive services for Parson’s Avenue/Briggsdale/Scattered Sites residents within facilities for homeless men and women with addiction and/or mental illness. This person will provide direct services, including case management and linkage to chemical dependency services, crisis intervention, and act as an in-house consultant for house staff. The Engagement Specialist will also develop and maintain relationships with CHN Partners, SE primary CM/TL, and external human services and MH/AOD organizations.   Position Requirements AA minimum or equivalent experience.
