NetSPI is looking for an experienced?Partner Marketing Manager?who will work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and our partner community to lead the global partnership marketing plan and its execution. You will work with our team to create compelling messaging and strategic activities to source new channel and technology partners, as well as strengthen relationships with our existing partner community.

This is our first hire to the partner marketing team at NetSPI, so we're looking for someone with experience and ideas to bring to the table. This is a great opportunity to work cross-functionally to promote partnership awareness, launch initial channel go-to-market campaigns, and develop strategic partner accounts.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead campaigns to target new channel and technology partners that fit our ideal partner profile
  • Support existing strategic alliances through a variety of go-to-market initiatives including custom social media posts, co-hosted field events, joint webinars, case studies, co-branded collateral, and more
  • Manage activities that keep NetSPI top-of-mind for our prospective and existing partner network including our Partner Newsletter, web page revamp, available integration resources, and more
  • Track campaign and project statuses while maintaining an organized list of past activities
  • Collaborate with marketing and partnership teams to identify strategic partners, outline internal resources, determine timelines, and launch successful activities
  • Own the strategy and execution of our global partner marketing initiatives with the goal of generating more leads for our sales org

Qualifications:

  • Education: BA/BS in marketing or a related field required
  • 5+ years of partner or demand gen marketing experience in a B2B SaaS organization.
  • Past cyber security industry experience a plus, but not a requirement. Either way, it's critically important for our Partner Marketing Manager to understand the challenges we solve in the industry, know our product deeply, and pick up the language used in our industry in order to be effective.
  • Self-starter - we expect you to be able to push forward on your top priorities and make things happen.
  • Strong communicator - this isn't the simplest industry out there, so being able to communicate clearly both externally to partners and internally with colleagues is critical
  • Work well cross-functionally - this role will need to work well with several different teams on a daily basis
  • Experience in a fast-growing, high-tech company (preferred)
