JOB SUMMARY:

The Finance Commercial Operations Manager will be the finance leader for our commercial operating teams. This position will be responsible for the monthly budget control and forecasting relating to Sales, Marketing, and Aftersales spending including:  pricing, incentives, and advertising.   

RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:

  • "One-Stop" Finance Leader for Commercial Operating Teams (Sales, Marketing, Aftersales)
  • Finance monthly budget control & forecasting for commercial operating teams (Sales, Marketing, Aftersales)
  • Develop vehicle, part, and service pricing and competitive analysis
  • Work with the Sales and Consumer Finance teams to develop cost effective incentive programs
  • Work with the Marketing team to develop cost effective advertising and promotion programs
  • Develop and manage Sales employee bonus program
  • Develop monthly Sales volume/share risks and opportunities vs. Sales target
 
Position Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ years’ experience in Finance Cost Analysis / Revenue Analysis / Budgeting / Forecasting
  • Automotive OEM and/or Dealership experience a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work on cross functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured environment
  • Entrepreneurial and business ownership experience a plus
  • Above average analytical & problem-solving skills 
  • Above average excel skills and ability to analyze large amounts of data     
  • Above average PowerPoint presentation skills         
  • Excellent oral and written communication   
  • Financial modeling a plus     
  • Hands-on use of ERP systems a plus
