This will include creating educational materials to outreach in the community, connecting to behavioral and physical health care, and building healthy lifestyles/habits. The VISTA will plan activities and events that bring the community together to promote nutrition, health activities, and accessing care.   Position Requirements Qualified applicant must be at least 18 years old.   Location Southeast, Inc.
