The HR Business Partner drives our Culture & Mission by working with leaders and employees to help align business objectives with people initiatives in their designated business units. The position cultivates partnerships with employees to deliver value-added services that reflect the business goals. The HRBP will provide both hands-on and strategic expertise in several areas of HR including but not limited to workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, compensation, employee engagement/retention, training/development, policy updates, as well as ad hoc projects as necessary. HRBPs at VinFast strive to provide an exceptional employee experience across the organization at all stages throughout the talent life cycle.


  • Acts as a strategic partner to closely align the business objectives of employees, management, and leadership of the business units
  • Collaborates closely with a team of fellow HRBPs and HR functional experts to ensure exceptional service across the various client groups
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
  • Develop and execute a lifecycle approach to talent management focused on workforce planning, on-boarding, development, performance management, compensation, career / succession planning, talent development and retention, and leveraging data analytics and insights
  • Interpret and explain Company policies and procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues
  • Support other areas of the HR Department as needed
Position Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • PHR or SHRM certification a plus
  • At least 5+ years of relevant work experience; 2+ years in an HR Business Partner role
  • Strong knowledge in employment labor laws and practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Agile in business practice, flexible and adept in change management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills and critical thinking
