The Navigator will assist individuals with completing an Ohio HIV Drug Assistance Program (OHDAP) application and/or copayments for medical care, analyze regulations and statutes and determine how they can be applied on behalf of individuals with disabilities, and provide benefits counseling, as needed, by assisting clients in obtaining access to other public and private programs for which they may be eligible (e.g., Medicaid, Medicare Part D, State Pharmacy Assistance Programs, Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Patient Assistance Programs, other state or local health care and supportive services, and insurance plans through the health insurance Marketplace/Exchanges).     Position Requirements AAS/BA required.   Location Southeast, Inc.
