This position will be responsible for: Conducting IT related trainings for staff as it relates to the company’s electronic medical record & new hire computer training. Learning new software and being current on medical and technological concepts. Documentation creation/editing. Helpdesk ticket management. Data analysis and additional IT duties as assigned. Salary is based on related work experience and ranges from $35,000 - $42,660.   Position Requirements Candidates for this position should have prior training experience, preferably in a classroom or virtual setting, and working knowledge of Office 365 and general IT practices. NextGen EMR experience and/or medical office experience/knowledge is desirable. This position reports to the Health IT Training Manager.   Location Southeast, Inc.
