All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.   Position Digital Marketing Specialist   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Description SUMMARY: Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote the Bank and its products and/or services.  This includes content creation, website management, social media, SEO, data analysis, program recommendations, campaign optimization, and other duties as assigned.   Position Requirements   Experience/Education: Bachelor’s degree Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing digital marketing initiatives Strong attention to detail needed along with digital experience (paid search, email campaigns, social media, and Google analytics). Understanding and experience with Web content, usability, architecture, development and design and search engine optimization Experience in HTML, CSS, and other content management systems (CMS) Knowledge of email marketing tools, social media platforms, web analytics tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in Adobe Creative Suite applications Ability to work independently and adjust to frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced working environment Solid understanding and passion for digital innovation and an ability to apply relevant trends to Bank’s target audiences Experience deriving insight and action through data analytics, specifically in the digital space Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of marketing and digital marketing concepts, principles, best practices, tools, and technology Leadership skills Ability to influence others and drive results through collaboration Ability to think like a consumer Banking or financial services experience preferred PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
