Description

Become a Penske Lead Generation Agent in our Coeur d’ Alene, ID Call Center. In this position you would be part of the Vehicle Remarketing Team helping our Sales Team to attract customers for Penske’s fastest growing product lines! This business-to-business position is tasked with sharing Penske’s used trucks inventory to their clients nationwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce potential sales (deals) through outbound calls to web and field leads, previous purchasers, inquiries that did not purchase, and other prospects
  • Handle some inbound calls from customer call back
  • Provide quality calls to customers to attract more qualified leads for the business
  • Generate list from our inventory depending on the customer’s needs / specifications
  • Spread Penske’s used truck inventory along with their financing options and extended warranties through cold calling
  • Other similar and/or related duties as assigned.

 

Hours of Operations: 6:00 AM PST – 3:00 PM PST on WEEKDAYS

Base Pay: $15.00 per hour + $2 Attendance Incentive (should reach at least 38 hours to qualify)

Incentive: Can reach up to $1000 depending on your performance

Onsite Location: 200 W Hanley Ave., CDA, ID 83815

  • $500 Employee Referral Bonus with no cap
  • $25 Internet Stipend per month after 60 days of employment (must work at home at least 75% of the month to qualify)
  • 2 paid You Days: one earned after 90 days and 120 days

 

*All applicants must be local to the CDA site as you will need to travel to site for training 5 days a week. After training and if metrics are met, hybrid work model with reporting to site only 2 days a week.

Position Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous Sales / Customer Service experience required
  • With Call Center background is a plus
  • Experience with cold calling is a plus
  • Adaptable, coachable, and openness to change
  • Willing to work on a Hybrid Setup – 2 days onsite and 3 days at home on a weekly basis depending on performance and business needs
  • Efficient with navigating and multi-tasking on a desktop computer
  • Should have experience to MS Apps especially Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to have fun and grow in a career

Education and Experience Required:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
