JOB SUMMARY:

The Real Estate Administrator will be involved in key aspects of the expansion process by supporting the Real Estate Specialist/Manager and Director of Store Development in tracking and reporting data related to sourcing, identifying, and evaluating new locations, managing broker relationships, supporting LOI and lease negotiations, and assisting with lease administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:

  • Location Identification
  • Research expansion locations
  • Assist with preparing presentations for Real Estate Committee review
  • Assist in proforma calculations and track progress toward goals
  • Proposal & Lease Processes
  • Track and report progress of negotiations and critical data metrics
  • Report on and communicate milestones/lease details with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with bringing LOIs through the lease negotiation process to execution
  • Lease Administration
  • Prepare lease abstracts and LOC applications
  • Maintenance and organization of shared files, data, and documents
  • Ensure timely lease and vendor payments and other related invoices through SAP
  • Other Duties
  • Special reports and project support for Store Development and Real Estate Teams as needed
  • Tour and travel coordination
 
Position Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3 years of office administration experience required
  • Experience in Real Estate administration is a plus
  • Advanced capabilities with Microsoft suite, including Excel, Word, PPT skills
  • Experience with Adobe Pro, SAP, and Smartsheet is a plus
  • Detail oriented, flexible, and multi-tasking skills
  • Comfortable working with tight deadlines
  • Independent worker who is comfortable working remotely
  • Transportation needed to commute to the office when necessary
