JOB PURPOSE

HoMedics, a FKA Brand, is a global leader in consumer health, wellness, home environment products, consumer electronics, and lifestyle products distributing to 60 countries. This position will operate within the core values of the company and under limited direction, this position works with and leverages internal and external resources to manage IT projects of varying size and scope and provides guidance concerning business implications. This includes building relationships with and effectively communicating with stakeholders to develop project scopes, project plans, and associated documentation necessary to manage project team roles, identify resource requirements, meet training needs, define project deliverables, and provide stakeholder satisfaction for overall successful completions. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND OTHER DUTIES

  • Lead and project manage companies global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project.
  • Elicit, document, analyze, trace, and manage requirements independently based on business needs and facilitate associated meetings, working sessions and workshops.
  • Gather, document, and present requirements for mission critical applications, process improvements, as well as support the core functions of the Project Management Office.
  • Create and maintain process maps, user story maps, requirements documents, use cases, GUI prototypes, wire frames, UI specifications.
  • Identify dependencies across stakeholders, applications by reviewing institutional knowledge and interacting with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between business owners and technology resources to address questions and translate business needs for development of new products and ongoing maintenance of existing products.
  • Maintain project documentation in an orderly and accessible manner.
  • Aid in managing budget and resourcing plans.
  • Manage and drive enterprise process adherence.
  • Manage and deliver senior management status updates.
  • Manage roadmap and track work items.

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business analysis techniques
  • Ability to able to manage, coach, and cultivate other resources in PM/Analyst roles or functions
  • Ability to lead meetings, capture notes and requirements, and guide participants through discussions, solutions, and decision-making processes

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of Project/Program Management (PMP certification required)
  • Experience in Agile planning and delivery framework.  
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience implementing ERP projects.
  • Experience providing portfolio governance, project management, and business analysis services in complex CPG/Retail & Direct to Consumer businesses
  • Experience working in a dynamic CPG environment

 

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Entrepreneurial fast-paced environment
  • Extended hours as needed to meet project deadlines and collaborate globally (e.g., UK, China, Australia, Italian offices)
  • Limited travel
  • Remote work during COVID with on-site work as needed
