Your role at MOBE

As the Digital Experience Design Principal you will be collaborating with stakeholders and the digital product team to design the overall experience for a wide variety of digital experiences across both internal and customer facingaudiences - desktop to mobile and whatever is next.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the overall look and feel, interactions, information architecture and visual design across the digital portfolio.
  • Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into useful and desirable digital experiences that are impactful for the business.
  • Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, low and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Deliver precise, conceptually elegant design and work closely with engineers to ensure high quality execution.
  • Conduct usability testing and other types of inquiry to evaluate and inform post-launch enhancements/optimization efforts.
  • Integrate user feedback, usage metrics and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
  • Understand industry and broader usability trends to maintain experiential product differentiation.
  • Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process by developing. wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineering, and leadership in a highly collaborative environment to facilitate, lead, challenge, and build consensus on solutions.
  • Other duties as assigned to help drive to our mission and abide by MOBE's guiding principles.
 
Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
  • 5+ years of User Experience (UX) and Experience Design (XD) experience
  • Expert level proficiency with UX design software and tools
  • Experience developing and iterating wireframes, information architecture diagrams, clickable prototypes, UI guidelines and standards, personas, journey maps and other relevant artifacts to support digital product development
  • Demonstrated ability to build a collaborative culture and relationships across the organization and with external strategic partners
  • Strong relationship and interpersonal skills

Preferred

  • Human-Centered Design, Strategic Design, or Service Design experience a plus
  • Experience working within health care or with health and wellness digital products
