Training and career development General Description: Our Home Depot Program is seeking to hire a Project Coordinator to manage merchandising and fixturing projects from pre-con to punch walk. The Project Coordinator will be responsible to manage scope of work, materials, budgets, schedules, manpower, and communication with the client.  The Project Coordinator will report to the Program Manager and must be able to manage a team of direct reports. Job Responsibilities and Tasks: Reports Directly to Asa Carlton’s Program Manager Manage 4-6 reset teams Attend Pre-construction Meetings with Client to site survey project plans Order materials needed to complete projects Create SOW and Critical Path for each project executed Attend Punch Walk and ensure that projects are completed and signed off in a timely manner Maintain schedule of multiple crews and ensure balanced book of work to keep crews efficiently working Management of direct reports, which consist of PFC’s (Project Field Coordinator’s) and Project Leads Review all reset materials presented by client and ensure that your crews are up to date on changes Issue management in MLX Conduct quarterly and annual reviews of direct reports Ability to maintain good working relationships with client as well as fellow team members in Asa Carlton’s Home Depot Program.     Category Construction   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
