As a Talent Acquisition Program Lead, you will be responsible for driving and managing the full life cycle recruiting process to attract top talent in a timely and cost effective manner for our Dish Sales campaign.
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and conduct recruiting strategy meetings to understand candidate profile
Develop and lead TA Specialist and TA Assistant
Assist with full cycle recruiting for nonexempt job opening for Inbound Sales/Customer Service Representative positions
Responsible for assisting in requisition creation, reviewing resumes, prescreening/interviewing candidates, scheduling interviews and partnering with hiring manager through the selection and offer process
Proactively source and identify talent using traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as Indeed, career fairs, local colleges, community network events, etc.
Administer appropriate pre-employment assessments
Manage internal transfer process including screening, coordination of interview with hiring manager, transfer form, offer letter, etc.
Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external business partners and colleagues
Manage pre-employment process to ensure smooth transition from offer background check cleared status
Actively participate in local job fairs, internal open house recruiting events, sourcing pipeline, and external recruitment sources
Requirements:
Prior supervisory experience in leading a talent acquisition team
5 plus years recruiting experience, preferably in call center environment
Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders to provide full life cycle recruiting for a variety of business service groups
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability and ability to handle pressure and meet hiring goals/deadlines
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Intermediate to advanced PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
