Answers, screens, and directs all calls, both internal and incoming.* Contacts customers when their license plates arrive, notes it in the CRM, and files the plates.* Greets and directs all customers in busy showroom area.* Distributes license plates in-person or mails license plates to a verified address.* Parks sales calls, documents caller number and sales department, and notifies Internet Manager.* Sends Voicemail Report and Finance Report nightly.* Receives, sorts, and distributes mail and packages to respective parties.* Takes notes in the shared Finance Report if the finance customer cannot reach a F&I Manager.* Trains new hires for front desk as needed.* Assists Customer Relations Director with projects and primary computer work with Excel and Word. Assists Sales Department with stocking in vehicles and sales secretary functions. Assists Service BDC with scheduling service appointments and BDC functions.   This position is currently accepting applications.
