Description

Responsible for managing Service Department team members including service interactions, reports, and repairs and providing the highest level of customer service with a sales-minded attitude while developing lasting customer relationships by performing the following duties.

Manages three subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of 75 employees in the Service, Express, Make Ready, Drive, Valet Company, and Business Development Center Departments. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Also directly supervises 90 employees (non-supervisory). Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
