This position will be responsible for: *Conducting Healthcare IT related trainings for new and existing staff as it relates to the organization’s electronic medical record, new hire computer training, and staff lunch/learns. *Engaging and becoming the subject matter expert on new software *Remaining up-to-date on current medical and technological concepts. *Creatiing/editing documentation. *Managing Helpdesk tickets. *Data analysis and additional IT duties as assigned. Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 2 years training experience, preferably in a classroom and/or virtual setting, and working knowledge of Office 365 and general IT practices.
