Position FQHC Therapist  
Description

Southeast Healthcare is seeking a full-time Therapist to provide behavioral health services to adults receiving primary care through our Federally Qualified Health Center. The Therapist will provide assessment and interventions that impact lifestyles and health issues, as well as mental health and substance use disorders. Position Requirements

LSW/LPC required; independent license preferred.
