Description

Assertive Professionals is in search of multiple Expert FMV/Imagery Analystsfor a National Security Customer, based out of Ft. Bragg, NC.

This is a FUNDED and IMMEDIATE opening with a$1,200 annual corporate compliance bonus!

Total annual compensation for Level1 of $92,949.84 (Salary of $87,380.80 + Overtime + Compliance Bonus)without a deployment. Additional paid time, H&H, and per diem for deployments.

Total annual compensation for Level 2of $95,002.80(Salary of $89,336.00 + Overtime + Compliance Bonus)without a deployment. Additional paid time, H&H, and per diem for deployments.

Responsibilities Include:

FMV Analysts will be expected to produce extremely detailed analytical products to build Patterns of Life (PoL) and target descriptions. In addition, analysts will be conducting order of battle analysis, Activity Based Intelligence (ABI), Battle Damage Assessment (BDA), and employing traditional Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) tradecraft. FMV Analysts will also be expected to perform traditional PED on electro-optical, infrared, radar motion and still frame imagery. Analysts will also be trained and expected to deploy as ISR Tactical Controllers. Duties and Responsibilities: analysts shall perform advanced level FMV/Imagery analysis with detailed analysis products to support the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, and Analyze (F3EA) targeting methodology in support of Special Operations Forces( SOF) or other Special Mission Units (SMU).

Required Experience and Qualifications (Some experience can be waived, but compensation will be decreased, if approved by the customer):

  • Active TS/SCI
  • Must have experience supporting this customer previously
  • 8 years of operational and tactical level intelligence experience
    • Level 1: 6 years hands-on IMINT and/or FMV analysis and production experience out of the last 8 years.
    • Level 2: 8 years hands-on IMINT and/or FMV analysis and production experience out of the last 10 years.
  • Willingness to deploy as an Intelligence, surveillance, and Reconnaissance Tactical Controller (ITC)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development

Analysts supporting this contract are subject to shift work, non-standard work schedules, on-call, extended days and weekend work. CONUS positions identified as shift-work or on-call are based on 12 hours per day. OCONUS rotations are scheduled for 120 days in duration, though they may be longer or shorter depending on mission requirements. Rotations may be short-notice.
