We are looking for an energetic, patient-focused candidate to lead our exceptional MRI team!
Cardinal Points Imaging of the Carolinas, an outpatient imaging center in the beautiful city of Raleigh NC, is seeking a full time MRI Supervisor to complete our amazing MR team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent leadership skills and have an advanced ARRT registry in MRI. MRSO registry is desired. The Supervisor will be responsible for daily operations of all locations and will report directly to the Director of Center Operations. To be eligible, the successful candidate must have a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in MRI, to include a working knowledge of mandated program requirements and equipment quality control. A minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience or two (2) years as a MRI department Team Lead is required.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate the organization, staffing, and operational activities of the MRI department at all 4 of our locations.
Perform MRI procedures and maintain and build MR protocols.
Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities of radiology activities. Identify resource needs, recommend and implement policies and procedures.
Maintain time and attendance records.
Work effectively and provide direct communication with Radiologists to ensure superior patient care and services.
Maintain and update the MRI Policy and Procedure manual and the ACR required Toolkit.
Manage and help implement appropriate data collection of information needed to monitor clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
Direct responsibility of personnel performance evaluations of MR Imaging.
Provide assistance in making decisions on appropriate staffing, and other personnel activities. Plan, implement, and evaluate staff development and training.
Establish and maintain a working environment conducive to positive morale, individual style, quality, and teamwork.
