Outpatient Imaging Affiliates (OIA), an owner-operator of medical imaging centers around the country, is seeking a Part-time (20 hrs/wk) Marketing Graphics Specialist to work remotely in our marketing department creating dynamic and engaging assets to promote our centers’ services.
The ideal candidate will be self-driven, able to thrive while working independently, committed to accuracy and able to meet deadlines. They will also have the ability to produce collateral that will achieve the desired results.
The primary responsibilities of the Marketing Graphics Specialist are:
· Social – adapt finalized collateral for posting on social media sites
· Social - create standard center-specific posts for health awareness days, service updates, patient testimonials, educational posts, shared posts and other posts as needed
· Update and manage social media calendar
· Collateral creation for promotion of center services
· Upload completed collateral to department library
· Support and provide back-up for the Marketing Graphic Designer
Skills:
· Graphic design basics- solid knowledge of design and visual principles for print and digital art to include flyers, brochures, print ads, digital ads, social ads, billboards, signage, etc
· Branding- Familiarity with branding guidelines and ability to execute consistently
· Social Media- Basic knowledge of Social Media platforms and ad functions
· Ability to work with multiple companies/brands simultaneously at varying degrees of support levels
· Communicate effectively with team members and in visual messaging of collaterals
· Ability to take basic content and generate a piece that communicates a message effectively
· Ability to craft messaging and choose visual elements for various target demographics
· Proficiency in meeting deadlines; ability to quickly producing collateral from information provided
· Familiarity with email communications/programs such as mailchimp, constant contact, etc
· Aggregate social posting platforms- Hootsuite; sprout social, etc.
Proficiency in the programs listed below is required.
· Adobe Indesign
· Adobe Illustrator
· Adobe Photoshop
· Social media ad platforms
· Social media calendar application
· Microsoft Outlook (tasks, calendars, flags, email)
The candidate should be prepared to provide a portfolio of work and demonstrate proficiency in the above listed programs.
