Description

Outpatient Imaging Affiliates (OIA) is currently hiring for a full-time Human Resources Specialist to join our amazing HR team. This position is 75% remote/work-from-home. Training and weekly meetings will take place at our corporate office, therefore candidates must live within commuting distance to Franklin, TN.

Under the direction of the HR Manager, our HR specialist will support 50+ outpatient imaging center locations in 14 states (and growing). HR functions in this role are focused on the beginning of the employee life cycle including recruiting, job posting, pre-employment processing, orientation and onboarding.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high volume, multi-state HR work environment
  • High level of individual accountability and engagement with a strong commitment to internal stakeholders and the highest customer service principles
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to quickly establish positive, productive, and credible working relationships
  • Learns and adapts quickly, detailed-oriented, and organized with excellent problem-solving skills. Can work autonomously to follow through on items within their scope
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with sound judgment and discretion
  • Basic knowledge of applicable state and federal employment and labor laws and governmental compliance requirements
  • Technically savvy with intermediate to advanced experience (beyond data entry) working with computer applications and Microsoft software including Outlook, Word and Excel

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Job postings to various internal and external job boards
  • Employment offers
  • Pre-employment process including background screening
  • Conducts daily activities in Paylocity Self-Service, HR, Recruitment and Onboarding modules
  • Accurately maintains employee data, employee files, records, and correspondence in compliance with company policies, and state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Serves as an internal resource for center and employee questions and support
  • Completes administrative requests including verifications of employment, wage reports, disability forms, etc.
  • Provides support and backup to the time and attendance process.
  • Conducts, distributes, and tracks various HR items and related documentation, including milestone reviews, exit interviews, compliance, etc.
  • Generates data reports for HR and other members of the leadership team regularly.
  • Special Projects and other duties as assigned
  • Regular, reliable and timely attendance is required

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Two or more years of experience in an HR or recruiting role is required.
  • PHR and/or SHRM-CP preferred.
  • Experience with the following systems is a plus: Paylocity, Healthstream, Provider Trust, Microsoft Suite
