Southeast Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team Leader to lead a team providing support to individuals in a community setting. In this dynamic and rewarding role, there is an emphasis on creating interventions that are strength-based and focused on promoting recovery, symptom reduction, increased coping skills, and achievement of the highest level of functioning for the client in the community. Salary Range: $57,000 - $70,000   Position Requirements LISW/LPCC required. We are a healthcare facility and as such we require that our new employees are fully vaccinated (both COVID and FLU).
