Share Email Opening Title Senior Systems Engineer  Description Supporting solutions architecture and bid and proposal technical writing. Supporting the execution of new work to deliver superior solutions to our customers. Using experience and expertise to promote and capture new opportunities. Works within both the business development and execution teams to help define, capture, and perform on opportunities that fit the JFTI evolving capabilities.   Position Requirements Degree: Bachelors in Engineering or Technical Discipline Years of Experience: 5+ years The qualified candidate must have experience in all areas of the design cycle and bid and proposal support.  This includes but not limited to the following: Demonstrated track record supporting design solutions for various Department of Defense (DoD) and Other Government Agencies (OGAs) requirements. Previous support of bid and proposal technical writing in support of marketing and capturing requirements, including proven experience in developing and documenting proposed architectures for highly complex DoD and OGA requirements. Demonstrated success in creating/maintaining relationships with senior internal and external business leaders and customers. Specific success in marketing new business and client areas to attain new opportunities and win competitive procurements. Possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to gain internal support, operate independently with limited supervision and feedback, and the ability to establish a solid working relationship with technical staff, managers, and peers within company and customers. Experience with forming winning industry partnerships based on analysis of solution requirements, customer knowledge, and JFTI internal capabilities. Qualified candidates are recommended to submit examples of technical narratives they have personally written for evaluation and discussion.   About the Organization J.F.
