You will be standing and moving your entire shift. You will train for a few months to be an asset to your press crew by assisting the other pressmen, troubleshooting mechanical problems that arise, and helping with quality control.   Position Requirements Experience necessary but willing to train the right person. A mandatory pre-employment drug test will be administered. Must have mechanical skills. Must be able to read a tape measure. Basic computer skills a definite plus (operate simple touch screens or keyboards) Must be able to follow written instructions and be able to interact with fellow crew members. Must be able to maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment. Successful candidate must possess the ability to get to work on time and be able to work day or night shift Must have a drivers license and your own dependable transportation (must have) This job requires a median level of mechanical aptitude. Familiarity with hand tools etc... Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs. several times per shift. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must pass a color aptitude test (if given).
