We are looking to add a Marketing Intern to our team in our Corporate office in Mankato. What you will be doing:
As a Marketing Intern, you will learn practical on-the-job experience and spend the majority of your time working with our marketing team with creating, collecting, editing, and recording team and project information. This information will be used to promote the firm through proposals, client interviews, award submissions, website, social media, etc.
What we are looking for:
- Degree Programs: Selected candidates will be enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in technical communication, marketing, or other closely related field from an accredited college.
- Minimum Cumulative GPA: 2.8. Desired GPA 3.2.
- Job Specifics:
- Advanced technical writing skills, with demonstrated ability to transform technical information into interesting copy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated confidence to interact with subject matter experts
- General knowledge in related software (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Adobe Creative is a plus)
- Strong editing, grammar, and proofreading skills
- Attention to detail and demonstrated creativity
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
