OUR MISSION: To help everyone achieve their personal best by providing the finest aquatic educational, competitive, therapeutic and recreational programs.   Description Job position: Masters Swim Team - Assistant Coach Reports to: Head Masters Coach   Job Description We are pleased to announce that we have 2 Masters Swim Coach positions open now! Assist the Masters Head Coach in coaching and coordinating structured workouts for the team. Assistant Coach will help promote and expand the team membership through team building and a positive attitude Attend and assist at all scheduled Swim Competitions, Events and Activities that involve the team. Assistant Coach will attend all team meetings and coaches meetings. Assistant Coach will teach, instruct and correct swimmers at every opportunity.
