Your role at MOBE

The SalesForce™ Developer plays a key role focusing on the development and maintenance of MOBE’s SalesForce Platform. SalesForce is a critical part of MOBE’s overall technology environment and supports a wide variety of operational and marketing functions. This position is ideal for developer looking to take their SalesForce development and administration abilities to the next level in this hands-on role.

Responsibilities:

  • Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code in the SalesForce environment.
  • Collaborate with software development peers to design, develop, and support SalesForce’s integration with other MOBE technology platforms, including third-party services like Marketo and TimeTrade.
  • Drive completion of projects and initiatives; follow through on execution of chosen strategies, and demonstrate an ability to deliver reliable solutions.
  • Diagnose root causes of service or integration issues, and drive resolution of issues.
  • Maintain quality service by following organization standards, including documenting system design, development, test, and support activities.
  • Assist IT Operations with the day-to-day management of SalesForce user rights and roles.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices and participating in professional societies.
  • Identify and constructively communicate the need for improvements or enhancements in MOBE technology assets.
  • All other duties as assigned to help drive to fulfill our Mission and abide by MOBE’s Guiding Principles.
 
Position Requirements

Qualifications

Required:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of additional experience in lieu of degree
  • 3-5 years of software development experience
  • 2+ years of SalesForce development experience
  • Solid understanding of SalesForce architecture and APIs
  • Experience developing VisualForce, Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers
  • Experience reading/writing SOQL and optimizing code
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey complex technical concepts to business users and management
  • Attention to detail and quality

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of cloud development and product environments
  • Familiarity with SQL databases
  • Understanding of Extract Transform and Load (ETL) processes
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment delivering results on multiple concurrent projects
  • Healthcare, marketing or call center operations experience
  • Desire to be a part of an organization looking to transform health culture
