Share Email Opening Apply Now Title Phlebotomist  Description Perform all duties in accordance with FHC policies and procedures as well as OSHA, CLIA and TJC guidelines. Perform all laboratory tests as ordered by providers. Perform venipunctures. Verify and document test results in electronic medical records. Report results of laboratory tests to providers. Prepare and perform tests and examinations on specimens and/or process them for shipment to out-source laboratory. Assist in maintaining supply inventories. Prepare, perform and document quality controls as required. Exhibit compliance with FHC's corporate compliance policy. Perform job activities in ways that are respectful, courteous and responsive while interacting with patients, visitors and co-workers. Perform other duties and assume other responsibilities as apparent or as delegated to you.   Position Requirements Must possess certification as a phlebotomy technician from an accredited college.
